Real Life Rosies®
You have options! The Real Life Rosies® program is coming to the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region. Real Life Rosies® is New York's first direct-entry program for women in advanced manufacturing. The program focuses on training women in a variety of skills that will help them grow professionally and offer opportunities for continuous development. Advanced manufacturing offers a wide range of opportunities in a variety of fields; including safety, CNC machining, hand tool usage, robotics, and lean manufacturing. There are several cohorts each year!

The next Real Life Rosies® training will run from February 10 - May 7, 2026. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES.
