FLYAP is developing the pipeline for the next generation of advanced manufacturing professionals while they are still in high school. Companies can select juniors for one-day job shadow and seniors for either a job shadow or a paid co-op. FLYAP reaches out to students in nearly every BOCES and CTE School in the region.
