Woerner Precision Parts is a division of  Woerner Industries, Inc.  William J. Woerner,  a tool and dye maker, started the company in 1915.  Over the years, Woerner acquired Lassco Products, a manufacturer of print finishing equipment and Rochester Novelty Works, a manufacturer of church furniture, while continuing to make parts for other companies.

Woerner Precision Parts was recently formed to establish a separate identity for the outside work that we perform and to help grow our machine shop division.  Woerner Precision Parts has a full line of CNC mills and lathes, which complement our metal stamping capabilities.  We also offer EDM and grinding services.
